We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that clearance items, sale products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.

To start a return or exchange:

- Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving our instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this when you contact us. Once the original item is returned, the new item will be processed and shipped to you. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Gift cards
- Personal items such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Ensure you provide clear photos of the defect or damage when you contact our support team.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, please double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
